This is a simple dish packed with flavour, with Brussels sprouts baked in the oven with bacon, almonds, chilli and butter. The combination creates a lovely balance of crisp, salty and soft textures, making it an obvious choice when you want something easy and tasty. It works well on its own, but also works really well as accessories to meat, for example.

-
250 gr. diced bacon

An easy dish with less washing-up
This recipe is a good choice when you want to keep things quick and simple in the kitchen. The dish tastes good on its own, but also works really well as accessories to meat, for example. If you use a pan that can go straight into the oven and onto the table, it is also easy to serve the dish straight from the pan and keep washing-up to a minimum.
