Turner or spatula: what's the difference?

Both turn steaks and vegetables and move food around the grill. The turner also has a sharp side you can cut with, and it opens capped bottles. The BBQ spatula has a wide 9.5 cm blade that gets right under the burger.

When should I use the brush?

Both before and while you grill. Brush marinade or sauce onto meat and vegetables before they go on, and give them a fresh coat as they cook. The brush handles thick BBQ sauce and thin dressings alike.

When do I use the steel brush?

Before you grill, so old food and grease come off the grate before the new food goes on. It's especially good for leftovers that have been there a while. Let the brush itself cool after use before you rinse it.

How do I clean it?

Always let it cool first. Brush off leftover food with a grill brush or a washing-up brush, then hand wash it in warm water with a little mild soap. That way the steel keeps its smart finish.
