Helt fantastisk!

Vi har fra før 2. generasjons hybridpanner fra Onyx, med keramisk belegg og honeycomb-mønster. De har fungert bra, men vi har erfart at enkelte matvarer – spesielt rå poteter, egg og ost – kan sette seg litt fast.

Vi tok derfor sjansen på å prøve Zero-modellen. Første test var en Tortilla Española: verken potetene eller eggene satt fast. For moro skyld testet vi også en skive Jarlsberg – ikke antydning til at den festet seg.

Dette kan faktisk være de beste pannene vi har prøvd!

How does food let go without a coating?

The surface is hardened stainless steel with a fine, almost invisible texture. Food has less contact with the steel, so it lets go more easily. Nothing has been applied on top, so there is nothing that can wear off either.

Is it really free from PFAS?

Yes. ZERO has no coating at all. The cooking surface is the steel itself, so there are no PFAS, PFC or other fluorinated chemicals, and nothing that can flake off and end up in your food.

Do I need to use oil?

Not to stop food sticking, no. Preheat for a few minutes on low to medium, and use slightly lower heat than you're used to. Butter and oil go in for flavour and colour.

Something has burnt on. What do I do?

Let the pot or pan cool down, then leave it to soak in warm water for a few minutes. Then scrub it clean. Steel wool and coarse sponges are absolutely fine, as there is no coating to damage.

Will it work on my hob?

Yes, on induction, gas, electric and ceramic. The stainless steel outside works on all of them, and the aluminium core spreads the heat evenly, so you avoid cold spots.

Can it go in the oven?

Yes, at any temperature. ZERO is made entirely of metal, so there is no plastic or rubber to set a limit. The handle gets hot in the oven, so put on an oven glove.

What if it's not for me?

Cook with it at home for up to 100 days. If it's not for you, send it back with a free return label and get your money back. ZERO also comes with a 5-year warranty.
