There is something truly special about the first sip of a cappuccino – the soft milk foam, the intense espresso, the way it all melts together on your tongue. In the summer version, you get the same magical moment, just ice-cold and even more refreshing.
Iced Cappuccino is for you if you love contrasts: light against strong, airy against dense, cold against hot. When the espresso meets the ice cubes, something happens – a kind of transformation – and topped with a thick layer of cold foam, the drink becomes not just a taste experience, but a visual delight too.
Serve it in a short glass and enjoy it in silence, with music in your ears or with your feet in the grass. It is the kind of drink that makes time slow down a little.

We created every drink in this series with our ONYX Cookware capsule coffee brewer – because it makes it easy to get the flavour just right, every time. Several of the recipes were also prepared using our milk frother and ice maker, which enhance both the texture and the experience. When the ingredients are good – and the tools are too – everything becomes a little more magical.
